Houseboat Tours on Lake Kariba
Houseboat tours are holidays which are spent travelling on a houseboat on Lake Kariba. Provided with personal chef and professional guide to look after you, the houseboat is set up to make you as comfortable as possible with showers, toilets, bar, and kitchen. Where the houseboat trips will take you
The holiday trips depart from the mighty Victoria Falls, heading by overland truck towards the Zambezi River to a fishing camp called Olive Beadle, from here we head towards Lake Kariba through the Devils Gorge. Once we have reached Lake Kariba we will pass through Binga Town, Chete Safari Area which is a well known hunting region, then we will continue on towards the Bumi Hills region and the start of the famous Matusadona National Park. Then the last leg of the holiday trip takes us to Kariba Town, where we will see the Lake wall, and spend the night at Spurwing Island just off the shore.

Our packages
The houseboat packages on offer at Kangamani Tours are 5 day and 10 day tours, the first can be considered a one way ticket, from the one end of Lake Kariba to the other, and can be camping or accommodated. Our other package, the 10 day tour is a return ticket, from one end to the other side and back again to the start, depending on where the tour started, either Kariba or Victoria Falls, and also camping or accommodated is available.
